Residential Construction Superintendent
Join Tectonic as Residential Construction Superintendent: lead 3-4 projects with discipline, safety, and ownership. Build dream homes with balance, respect, and support.
Our Superintendent is responsible for the onsite successful production of our clients' projects, ranging from partial remodels to new home custom builds. We are seeking a relentless, proactive "Field Commander" to oversee the daily execution of our jobsites. The ideal candidate will take absolute "Extreme Ownership" over the project’s physical reality, commanding the daily schedule, enforcing our rigorous quality standards, and guaranteeing absolute site safety and cleanliness. Our Superintendents are proactive problem-solvers who spot structural or logistical collisions weeks before they happen and execute swift resolutions.
At Tectonic, we demand top-tier accountability and expertise without ego. In exchange, we are shifting the construction industry culture: gone are the days of toxic jobsites, working to the bone, and underappreciation. We expect elite performance and ownership of your sites, and in return, we will treat you like a human being. We fiercely support a holistic life and genuine work-life balance so you can show up present, empowered, and excited to build dream homes.
The exempt, salaried pay range for a Superintendent is $75,000-$95,000 commensurate with experience.
